Using Click2Remit, you can send money with various modes of transfer and delivery. Take a look at our step by step guide to understand how you can start using Click2Remit:

HOW TO SEND MONEY

Sending money with your Click2Remit account is an easy 3 step process. Follow these three steps to send money in a matter of a few clicks.

1. Create an Account:
Register for an account online and create your profile with your sending details to start using Click2Remit.
2. Login to Click2Remit
Once your account is registered, add details of your receiver, mode of delivery and other transfer details.
3. Send Money:
Select how you want to send your money and how it should be delivered in India.
4. Confirm & Track:
Your final step is to confirm your transaction details after which you receive a transaction code to track the transfer delivery based on the selected mode.

HOW TO SEND MONEY BY DIRECT TRANSFER

You can request a direct transfer of money from your overseas bank account in your Click2Remit account:

1. Sign up or log in:
Register for an account online and create your profile with your sending details to start using Click2Remit or simply log in.
2. Enter transfer details
Log in to your Click2Remit account and enter:
a. Receiver details (or select existing details), Activate receiver if not activated
b. Select Direct Transfer as mode , Amount to Transfer
c. Sending Bank account details, Activate Bank if not activated
3. Activate your bank account
Enter details of the transactions made for validation in your overseas bank account appearing as follows:
Deposit 1      Kotak2INDIA PYMT $ 0.35
Deposit 2      Kotak2INDIA PYMT $ 0.15
Withdrawal   Kotak2INDIA COLL - $ 0.50
4. Confirm & Track
Check and confirm your transaction details after which you will receive a transaction code for tracking purposes.

HOW TO SEND MONEY BY WIRE TRANSFER

You can choose to wire your money from your overseas bank account in your Kotak Click2Remit account itself:

1. Enter transfer details
Log in to your Click2Remit account and enter these:
a. Receiver details (or select existing details), Activate receiver if not activated
b. Select wire transfer as mode
c. Sending account details
2. Confirm & Track
Check and confirm your transaction details after which you will receive a verification of the transaction in the form of a transaction receipt.
3. Print transaction receipt
Take a print out of the transaction receipt with the reference number and submit the receipt to your bank overseas to initiate the transfer.

HOW TO SEND MONEY BY BANK TRANSFER

Now send money directly from your online banking account through Kotak Click2Remit in 5 steps:

1. Enter transfer details:
Log in to your Click2Remit account and enter these:
a. Receiver details (or select existing details), Activate receiver if not activated
b. Select Bank Transfer as mode
c. Sending details
2. Confirm & Track:
Check and confirm your transaction details after which you will receive a verification of the transaction.
3. Record reference number:
Save the transaction code as the reference number to complete the transfer. Print the transaction slip
4. Switch to online banking:
Log in to the online banking interface of any overseas bank and follow the instructions mentioned in the transaction slip.
5. Complete transfer:
Make your payment and enter your transaction reference number to finish.

HOW TO SEND MONEY BY CHEQUE TRANSFER

You can track the money you are sending by cheque in your Kotak Click2Remit account:

1. Write your cheque
Fill out your cheque with the receivers name or billers details, amount, date the cheque to the day of the transfer and sign the instrument.
2. Enter transfer details
Log in to your Click2Remit account and enter these:
a. Receiver details (or select existing details), Activate receiver if not activated
b. Select cheque transfer as mode
c. Sending details
3. Confirm & Track
Check and confirm your transaction details after which you will receive a verification of the transaction in the form of a transaction receipt / deposit slip.
4. Print transaction receipt
Take a print out of the transaction receipt / deposit slip with the reference number.
5. Mail the cheque
Attach the printed receipt to the cheque and mail (do not courier) it to the PO Box address:

To Reset your Password: Contact us on the above details. After getting your request executed, you will receive the password by email on your registered email id. You have to enter the password, mentioned in the email, to login. Once correct user id and password are entered, you will be prompted to force change this password. An alert will be sent to you on your registered email id.
